Sushi Platters for the Super Bowl!

It’s back!

Whether your planing your Super Bowl party or if you are going to one, make sure Zama sushi is on your list. This large platter has everything to please your guest and your friends.

For only $50 there is 80 pieces to a tray with a variety of fish and flavors. We will include: Philadelphia Roll, Eel Cucumber roll, Spicy Crunchy Tuna roll, Shrimp Tempura roll, Yellowtail Jalapeno and Mango roll, Salmon Avocado roll, Snow Crab California roll, Spicy Tempura Veggie roll, Eel Avocado roll, and a California roll.

Omakase Oysters for a large party

Here we are on the oyster course for a large 15 top doing an Omakase from Chef Zama. Top picture is final product, bottom is in production. We call it Oysters 3 ways. We have 3 kushi oysters, 1 served in a lemon with ponzu, 1 in a lime with saoy pickled jalapeno and salt, and the last one is out famous oyster shooter. Kushi Oyster on top of a sake cup, in side is ponzu, scallion and plum wine gelee. The oyster itself has a drop of sriracha. You just slid in to sake cup and swirl and then shoot it. It’s ton’s of fun and taste great!
